52 year old male with polycystic kidney disease and MCA berry has a biloculated cystic abnormality along the course of the right spermatic cord. The wall are smooth but thickened. Associated anomalies of the vasa deferens and epididymis are known so spermatic cord cystic changes may be part of the syndrome
