CT Medullary Sponge Kidney
34-year-old male presented with hematuria. CT in the coronal plain shows small, punctate, or linear densities within the region of the renal papilla bilaterally. The type and distribution of the calcifications are characteristic of medullary sponge kidney (MSK)
