Ureterolithiasis Hydroureter Cystic Structure in the Bladder
The Cobra Head

Contrast CT – Excretory Phase Ureterolithiasis Hydroureter Cystic Structure in the Bladder
49-year-old male presents with hematuria. CT in the axial plane in the region of the bladder in the excretory phase shows a 7-88m stone in a dilated thick-walled distal ureter, and a 3.5cms cystic structure in the bladder consistent with a large ureterocele (cobra head sign)
