Axial CT – Trauma Renal Artery Occlusion Grade V Injury
41-year-old male sustained multiple rib fractures and spine fractures in an MVA. CTA shows no perfusion of the left kidney and a hematoma in the left renal hilum (red arrow head a and c). A segmental perfusion defect is also noted in the right kidney (a, orange arrowhead). Air in the soft tissues of the back (blue arrowheads, b), and a spinous process fracture (white arrowhead, b) are noted
